Barranco and Miraflores provide easy access via a coastal circuit called the “Costa Verde”.• Museums – Soak up Lima’s culture, and explore its history at one of its museums. The Larco Museum has some rather interesting ceramic exhibits that may or may not be suited for viewing by children. The museum does however showcase a large collection of silver and gold headdresses, artifacts, masks, and pre-Inca pottery. There is well over 4000 years of pre-Columbian history housed in the Larco Museum.• Barranco – Touted as one of the key places to visit in Lima, Barranco is built around 19th century buildings which provide beautiful scenes perfect for picture taking. The district of Barranco is also known for its energetic and youth oriented nightlife.
